I earned my Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons License in 2009, Broker’s License in 2011 and Instructor’s License in 2017.

In my career it has been my pleasure and honor to help over 300 families buy and sell their homes. Many of them have been a friend or family member of another client. Consequently, I work even harder to gain my client’s trust. If I do a great job for my client, they will use me again and refer others with confidence, knowing that their friends and loved ones are getting the best service and counsel.

As a result of this commitment I have built a business on the fundamentals of integrity, knowledge, experience, and customer service. Each year the Worcester Business Journal recognizes 40 up and coming professionals under the age of 40. I was honored to be a recipient of this award in 2013.

REALTOR® of the Year
The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts recognizes a REALTOR® for dedicated service to the Association, the community and the real estate industry each year. I was blessed to receive this award in 2014.

Top Producer Awards
In 2016 the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts began recognizing Top Producers within the association. I have received this award each year since inception ranking me in the Top 7% of agents in Worcester County.

Professional Designations:
I earned my Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons License in 2009, my Broker’s License in 2011 and my Instructor’s License in 2017. In order to distinguish myself from my peers I have worked very hard and invested a great deal of time in continuing education far exceeding what is required by the state. I currently hold the following designations and certifications recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® and have completed the programs below.

ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE: The (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to my peers and consumers my commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers. 

CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST: Less than 3% of all real estate agents nationwide hold this designation. The Residential Real Estate Council is recognized as the leading provider of real estate education and networking for residential real estate agents, and the CRS Designation is considered the most prestigious designation a real estate agent can achieve.

PRICING STRATEGY ADVISOR CERTIFICATION: Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and approaching the pricing assignment from various perspectives. This certification enhanced my skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST: REALTORS® who carry the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation are specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those age 50+. SRES® designees recognize that a home often is the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers and people 50+ have. Thus, SRES® designees bring a unique approach to each transaction and interaction with clients. They not only offer a deep knowledge of real estate and the local and economic issues shaping market trends, but they're also educated on issues of particular concern to aged 50+ clients.

COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE PROGRAM: The National Association of REALTORS® proudly launched Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) in 2018. This program empowers REALTORS® to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to conducting business at the highest standards. Sarah is among the 3% of REALTORS® that have received this distinction.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® LEADERSHIP ACADEMY GRADUATE: In 2018 I was one of 19 REALTORS® out of 1.3 million selected to participate in the prestigious experience. The Leadership Academy identifies, inspires, and mentors emerging leaders from the local and state level for the National Association of REALTORS®.
